How much does furnishing a property cost?
It is quoted on request, depending on size, condition and the level of finish you want. We give you a detailed budget before buying anything.
Do I have to hand management to BMG afterwards?
No. Furnishing can be ordered on its own, although most of our owners then entrust us with management.
What happens to the existing furniture?
We keep what can be kept and help you part with the rest. The project always starts from your home as it is.
