No data collected through forms

This site has no database and no form that sends your information to a server. The “Entrust my property” questionnaire prepares a message in your browser, then opens WhatsApp: nothing is sent until you send that message yourself.

Messages via WhatsApp and email

When you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive the information you choose to share (first name, number or email address, description of your property). It is used only to answer your request and prepare a possible collaboration, as pre-contractual steps taken at your request. It is kept for the duration of the relationship, then for no more than 3 years after our last exchange.

WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group), subject to its own privacy policy.

Cookie-free analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page visits, clicks on contact buttons and site performance. These tools set no cookies and do not identify you: data is aggregated and anonymised.

The host also keeps technical logs (IP address, requested page) for security, stored for a short period.
